Here’s the submission of the #NDIS Reform Advisory Committee on the NDIS Amendment Bill in Parliament. I am the RAC’s Co-Chair along with my friend and colleague El Gibbs. The first of our 10 recommendations is that
“the Bill should not be passed in its current form. Material amendment is required to align it with the founding architecture of the NDIS Act 2013, the NDIS Review, the Royal Commission, and Australia’s CRPD obligations.”
